Have you heard of Hyssop before? I certainly hadn’t until recently. Hyssop is a herbaceous plant that has medicinal properties tied to helping with cough relief and as an antiseptic. I was intrigued by this beautiful plant because it smells like a blend of lavender, mint and anise.
