The summer is warming up and sometimes you just need a good refreshing long drink to quench your thirst and keep you cool. Enter sweet tea. Great on porches, great by the pool, or while you’re blogging at your home office desk.
60 mL Bourbon
15 mL Benedictine
7.5 mL Galliano
Lots of chilled orange earl grey tea*
*Steep loose leaf earl grey tea with sliced oranges for approximately 5 minutes. Remove tea bags but not orange slices. Chill in the refrigerator.
In a wine glass add ice, bourbon, benedictine, galliano, and chilled orange earl grey tea. Stir, serve with a straw and garnish with edible flowers and a mint sprig.
