A Gin + Tonic with cucumber has become all the rage as of late. But what less people know is that a bourbon, soda with cucumber makes an equally refreshing cocktail. If you’re looking to make something refreshing, simple and beautiful for your guests, try making this easy-to-make imbibe.
INGREDIENTS
2.0 oz Bourbon
0.25 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Lime Juice
0.75 oz Honey Syrup
3-4 oz Sparkling Water
2-3 Cucumber slice(s)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker add bourbon, honey simple syrup, lemon juice, lime juice, cucumbers and ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds and double strain into a Collins glass or highball glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with cucumber.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
**To make the Honey Simple Syrup use equal parts honey and hot water. Stir and chill.
