While we’re still not able to vacation abroad, you can bring Italy home with this drink: the Select Spritz aka the ORIGINAL Venetian Spritz!
Have you heard of a Select Aperitivo before?
This bittersweet liqueur is the hidden jewel of Venice’s Aperitivo culture. Made with over 30 botanicals, what really captivates me are those incredible rhubarb, vanilla, cardamom, and ginger notes. It pairs perfectly with Mionetto (you know that orange-labelled Prosecco that I’ve made many a cocktail with before).
Grab a splash of soda and green olives to garnish (as their rich, savoury notes complement the bittersweet flavour of Select) and you have yourself an Italian-inspired libation fit for a king — or should I say President since it’s after 1946?
