INGREDIENTS
1 part Cream
1 part Bourbon
1 part Sons of Vancouver Amaretto
1 Egg Yolk
INSTRUCTIONS
In a cocktail shaker, add ice, cream, bourbon, amaretto and egg yolk. Shake for approximately 20-30 seconds. Strain ingredients and remove ice. Dry shake ingredients for approximately 15 seconds. Fine strain into a martini glass and garnish with cinnamon and nutmeg.
