Inspired by the cold, dark, isolated season, this cocktail uses an inimitable rye whisky, apple brandy, winter-spiced amaro and fig preserves to create a rich and complex cocktail.

67.5 ml (1.25 oz) Lot โ„–40 Dark Oak
22 ml (0.75 oz) Pere Magloire VS Calvados
15 ml (0.50 oz) Luxardo Amaro Abano
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 bar spoon Fig Preserve

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake (yes, thatโ€™s right) until diluted and chilled. Double strain (to remove pectins from the preserves) into a coupe glass and garnish with expressed orange oils.
