You know how some people say Soda and others say Pop? ๐Ÿฅค

Well what Iโ€™m calling a Highland Manhattan, others would call a Rob Roy. Yes, technically a Manhattan made with Scotch is a different cocktail but I wonโ€™t tell if you donโ€™t ๐Ÿคซ

Made with Tullibardine Sovereign (think of it along the lines of Glenmorangie or Auchentoshan) this Highland Single Malt Scotch is a great โ€˜starter maltโ€™. And particularly delightful in #scotchtails.

Think notes of sweet barley, vanilla, floral, pear drops and soft spice which is complemented by the vanilla, orange, and clove notes in Antica Formula.

Ingredients:

60 ml Tullibardine Sovereign
30 ml Antica Formula
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Amarena Cherries

Method:

In a mixing glass add all ingredients with ice. Stir down for 30-45 seconds until diluted and chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with your finest cherries.
